My Story

I am the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of The African Oasis (CIC) – A Community Interest Company, the House of Regenerative Agriculture (HRA), and The African Oasis 2021 Ltd, the 3 organisations are based and registered in the UK.

We are working in partnerships with local communities in the UK, African diaspora communities, Africa-facing professionals, businesses, technical partners, investors, and Africa-based professionals and businesses to stimulate innovative businesses and investment opportunities in the UK and in Africa.

We are passionate about driving innovative community development projects/businesses in the UK and across Africa through Sustainable Real Estate, Regenerative & Urban Agricultural Projects ushering regenerative socially responsible business practices whilst addressing climate change in a meaningful way.

I support the British Africa Business Alliance (BABA) initiative, as a Network Director for Leicester, and my role involves working with the African Diaspora Community Living in the UK, Africa Facing UK Businesses, and the Business Communities in Africa by offering them support, guidance, and handholding assistance that they need as businesses to establish a strong and sustainable business footing in Africa.

I am also the Founder and Chairperson of The African Caribbean Club in Loughborough. The Club’s role is to support and empower the African & Caribbean communities in Loughborough, ensuring that Club members and their children are supported to succeed and reach their full potential. The African Caribbean Club has members from as far as Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.

I am currently working part-time for Leicester City Council as a Care Management Officer and before this I have held various positions in Different Adult Social Care Setting where I worked as a Registered Manager for Residential, Domiciliary, and Day Care Services.

I am passionate about making our world a better place, social justice, community development, environmentalism, equality, and nurturing the next generation. I have a positive attitude, I am very customer-focused, courageous, considerate, fearless, frank, faithful, organised, and resourceful.

My Qualifications
